• Amanda has worked for Lone Tree for 5 years as the Director of Nursing and 7 years total. She has over 28 years' experience working in nursing homes. Amanda is very passionate about her residents' quality of care and staff satisfaction. The combination of both her experience and knowledge creates a well-rounded and trusted nurse who can confidently assess and address resident needs.  

  • Ashley attended Fort Hays State University and graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree. This degree qualified her for the Nursing Home Administrator in Training program through the Kansas Health Care Association. Ashley has been active in senior care since 2021. She looks forward to continuing her passion for senior care and making Lone Tree Retirement Community a safe and comfortable home for all that are in need of long-term care.

Jenny is highly competent and adaptable, possessing a deep understanding of her role and has the ability to analyze new challenges and develop effective solutions on the spot.  


  • Peggy has dedicated over 20 years at Lone Tree, she provides an extraordinary dietary experience, with an open menu and making individualized delicious options. Peggy finds her job rewarding to be able to nourish the residents through food. With unwavering loyalty and a consistently present, passionate, and fun-loving spirit, this dietary manager creates a positive and reliable dining experience. 


  • Erica has been with LTRC for 11 years. Driven by genuine care for each resident, Erica enhances participation through personalized activities and strengthens community bonds by fostering inclusive involvement from families, staff, and the wider community. 

  • Raul has worked for LTRC for 1 year, with a joyful spirit, this handyman and housekeeping director combines a remarkably quick response time with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring both efficiency and thoroughness for all residents and building needs.
